Job Made Easy (JME)
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Job Made Easy, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.
2. Description of Service
JME provides software and APIs to help service professionals manage operations, including customers, leads, jobs, schedules, communications, estimates, invoicing, payments, and related workflow automations. Depending on your plan and settings, services may include AI-assisted drafting, realtime voice features, webhook/integration tooling, and payment processing capabilities. The service may evolve over time.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), and you are responsible for all activity under your account credentials.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to use JME lawfully, respect applicable privacy and communications laws, and ensure you have rights and permissions for all data you upload or process through the service, including customer contact data and outbound communications.
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of Your Content. You grant JME a limited license to host, store, transmit, and process Your Content and service Outputs solely to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service and comply with legal obligations.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with operations, upload harmful code, or violate others' rights.
7. Intellectual Property
JME retains all rights to the service except for Your Content. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the service.
8. Availability & Changes
We may modify, add, or discontinue features (including beta/preview functionality) and may change integrations or provider dependencies. Availability is not guaranteed.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," subject to applicable law. AI/ML and automation outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and must be reviewed before use; they are not legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability is limited to the greater of $100 USD or amounts paid in the prior 12 months. Certain liabilities cannot be excluded by law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify JME for claims arising from your use of the service or Your Content.
12. Termination
You may terminate at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where necessary, including for violations, security risks, or service discontinuation.
13. Third-Party Services
JME may interoperate with third-party services (such as payment processors, messaging providers, AI/realtime providers, and webhook/integration platforms). Your use of those services may also be governed by their terms, and we may change or disable integrations as needed.
14. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by California law (without regard to conflict-of-laws rules). Disputes are subject to the dispute-resolution terms in our full Terms of Service, including individual-basis resolution and class-action waiver where permitted by law.
