Job Made Easy ("JME," "we," "our," or "us") provides a mobile and web-based application designed to help service professionals organize jobs, customer information, and daily work more efficiently.

For customer data you upload, you act as the data controller, and JME acts as a service provider/processor, processing such data only on your instructions and for the limited purposes described in this Policy.

Location Information Precise location collected only when you actively use map or routing features to display job sites and calculate travel time. Not collected in the background or when the app is closed. Shared only with mapping service providers for rendering. You may disable location access in device settings.
Usage & Analytics Data Feature usage, navigation events, session duration, and performance metrics. Used only to improve reliability and usability, not for advertising or profiling.
Diagnostics Crash logs, error reports, device type, and OS version to maintain stability and reliability.
